Sheet 01 — the ascent

We chart the route
from pilot to
production.

Most enterprise AI never leaves base camp — a promising pilot, a slide deck, and then nothing. We survey the ground first, then build the thing that runs: AI agents, intelligent automation, cloud architecture and platform engineering, handed over with the map included.

Six sectors
Surveyed
In production

Six sectors of ground we have already walked.

Nothing here is theoretical. Each sector is capability we have taken through discovery, build, hardening and handover inside real enterprise environments — under real load, with real consequences for failure.

A1Intelligence01

AI agents & intelligent automation

Production-grade agents on Amazon Bedrock and Claude that remove manual work, make routine decisions, and plug straight into the systems you already run. Not demos — deployed systems with owners, budgets and error budgets.

A2Cloud02

Cloud architecture & integration

AWS-native infrastructure, event-driven pipelines and API layers engineered for scale. Your systems talk to each other reliably, your data moves without friction, and the architecture holds when volume arrives.

A3Platform03

Enterprise platform engineering

Deep CRM engineering for complicated environments. Custom applications, automated business processes and system integrations built to survive scale, compliance and the operational reality underneath.

B1Product04

SaaS product engineering

Commercial software from architecture to launch — design, build, security review, licensing, distribution. Products that ship on a date, scale past the first hundred customers, and hold up when they do.

Identity & zero-trust security

Modern authentication without the friction tax. WebAuthn passkeys, biometric login flows and enterprise identity that take passwords off the risk register and satisfy audit without punishing the people who log in daily.

Customer experience platforms

External portals, partner communities and self-service platforms built for performance. Branded, secured, and architected for the volume your customers actually bring on the first Monday after launch.

All in service
No toys

Every symbol on this map is running somewhere.

A legend is a promise: this is what the marks mean. We only draw a symbol for something we have already deployed and supported in production.

Sheet 04 — Route card
Four camps
Two-week legs
No handoffs

Four camps. No handoffs.

Below is the cross-section along the route drawn on Fig. 01 — the same climb, measured. Most vendors pass your project to a junior after the sales call. You will work with the engineers who drew the map.

Fig. 02 — Route profile Base Pilot Summit Production Legs 4 × 2 weeks
Camp 01 — Discovery

Architecture & scoping

We map your systems, data flows and automation opportunities. Risks are found before we build, not after. Every engagement opens with a written architecture decision record you keep.

Camp 02 — Build

Sprint-based delivery

Two-week legs with a working demo at every review. No months of silence followed by a reveal. You watch it being built and you can change direction while changing direction is still cheap.

Camp 03 — Harden

Tested against reality

Unit, integration and load tests — then the unhappy paths. Timeouts, bulk loads, concurrency, model failures. Production does not care about your happy path.

Camp 04 — Handover

Deploy & transfer

Full CI/CD pipeline, complete documentation, and a knowledge transfer that genuinely transfers. You own the code, you understand it, and nothing is held hostage.

You keep the map. Every route we draw is yours at the end of it — the architecture record, the pipeline, the runbook and the reasoning behind each decision. If you ever want to climb it again without us, you can.
Sheet 05 — Establish contact

Tell us the terrain.

Describe what you are trying to automate, integrate or rescue. We will tell you what is genuinely possible, what it will take, and what we would not attempt. No pitch decks, no discovery theatre — an honest read of the ground.
